Dining Room

School age is a period which not only requires an adequate supply of energy and nutrients to be provided to ensure good nutritional status, but it is also a decisive time to establish healthy eating habits and behaviours that endure over time and are maintained in adulthood.

In this sense, the school dining room plays an important educational role. It should serve to encourage a varied and balanced diet as well as to promote gastronomic diversity, taking care of texture and presentation of the dishes to promote their acceptance among the youngest children and also preventing certain diseases such as overweight and the obesity.

Students with special dietary needs, food allergies or other circumstances, have an individual menu for each case.
